The challenge
As AI tools spread across teams, staff often have little shared understanding of how an incident unfolds, or what their own role is in spotting and containing it. Slide-based training rarely shows that the same event looks different depending on where you sit.
Objective
Help employees see how AI challenges affect teams differently, spot warning signs early, and understand how information and decisions support risk management and incident response.
Approach
Learners begin with one workplace incident, then explore role-based viewpoints in any order. Each path highlights different risks and responsibilities.
Built in Storyline 360. Variables track which roles have been visited, and conditional logic controls navigation, button states, and feedback as learners move through the scenario.
Result
Employees leave with a clearer sense of warning signs and cross-team responsibilities during an AI incident, instead of a passive read-through.
